* The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are final.
* All purchases must be paid for at conclusion of auction.
* Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is final. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged, items are sold AS IS.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Shipping costs are postage through Fed Ex or USPS, and a standard 10.00 handling fee, Larger items, or any items hard to package and ship, may result in additional handling fees.
Any item not picked up within 10 days of our pickup time, will be subject to a ten dollar late / storage fee. Any Items left after 30 days of sale will be considered forfeited by the purchaser, and will be resold to cover storage fees.
